Mermaid Smoothie Bowl

Mermaid Smoothie Bowl

It's better than an Acai Bowl.. not only because it has the word "Mermaid" in it ... wait that is the reason, but I mean come on, look at it! I recently started to go to this place near my house called Backyard Bowls in Beverly Hills where they make tons of delicious smoothies and bowls! But quite frankly I was done spending 18 bucks on a smoothie when I had all the ingredients in my fridge just looking at me to be used, plus I wanted get a little more creative. I'm obsessed with one of their smoothies there called Blue Moon, but wanted to give it an easy Island Gyal twist. Packed with sweet, delicious, fruits, this satisfies every sweet tooth craving. The secret ingredient is the Blue Spirulina Powder This Magic Blue Powder is healthy, delicious and a brilliant indigo. A powerful antioxidant, nutrient rich food shown to boost the immune system, improve metabolism, and aid digestion.

This smoothie bowl is one of my favorites because it's not only easy to make, it uses only 5 ingredients and is packed with nutrients.

  • Mangoes: vitamin A, vitamin C, copper, folate, and antioxidants.
  • Bananas: high in potassium and fiber.
