There's nothing like a little zing to a Summer/Spring Salad. Using lemon, Dijon Mustard, and hint of honey, this will forsake be your favorite dressing on everything, especially salmon !
Ingredients
- 1/2 Lemon Juice
- 1- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Grey Poupon or Dijon Mustard
- 1 Shallot Diced
- 1 Clove Garlic Crushed
- 1 Teaspoon Honey
- Salt & Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Sherry Vinegar or Red Wine Vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons of EVOO (extra-virgin olive oil)
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients into an airtight container and vigorously shake for about a minute or until sauce is thickened and combined. Add a tad bit a water at end if too thick and to blend flavors together.
