5 Minute Smoothie Bowl

One hungry person, three simple ingredients, and 5 minutes... GO!

Ingredients

1 Banana (Frozen)

1/2 Cup Frozen Berries

1/4 Non-Dairy Milk or Yogurt 

 

1. In your high-powered blender, combine all the ingredients  and blend until nice and smooth, adding more milk if needed.

2. Add toppings of choice (Chia Seeds, Coconut Shreds ,and Fresh fruit)

3. ENJOY!
